    New Rotary Cooler


    The KOPAR KRC-Series Rotary Cooler is the latest addition to KOPAR's cooling portfolio, which already offers a range of cooling drums, conventional cooling screw conveyors and cooled drag chain conveyors on the market.


    Product Range

    The range of KRC coolers consists of 5 different sizes with typical capacity range up to 10 t/h and inlet temperatures up to 900 Celsius degrees. Outlet temperatures varies between 160 – 250 Celsius degrees.

    Improved Cooling Efficiency


    New KRC is designed to meet the market demand for lower operating cost with improved cooling capacity. With a completely new design of the cooling technology, it offers up to 30% more efficient cooling compared to the conventional equal size screw coolers.

    Superior Wear Management


    It incorporates now already proven innovations such as the rotating interchangeable cover chamber design, which enables superior wear management by multiplying the wear part change cycle.

    Quick and easy maintenance

    Common re-installation time of new set of covers including cooling process shutdown is 10 hours x 2 manpower.
